What This Service Does

PalmBeachQuotes ("we," "us," "our") operates a free quote matching service for homeowners in Palm Beach County, Florida. When you submit a request, we connect you with 2-3 licensed, insured service professionals who can provide quotes for your project.

Our Role

We are a matching service, not a contractor. We do not:

• Perform any home services ourselves
• Set pricing for service professionals
• Guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by matched professionals
• Act as a party to any agreement between you and a service professional

Any contract, agreement, or arrangement you make with a service professional is solely between you and that professional.

Free for Homeowners

Our service is completely free for homeowners. You will never be charged a fee for requesting or comparing quotes. Service professionals pay us a fee to receive leads -- that is how we operate.

Accuracy of Information

By submitting a quote request, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You are a homeowner or authorized representative seeking service for a property in Palm Beach County
• You provide a valid phone number where professionals can reach you
• You will not submit fraudulent, misleading, or spam requests

No Obligation

Receiving quotes does not obligate you to hire any professional. You are free to compare quotes and choose to hire any, all, or none of the professionals who contact you.

Professional Vetting

We verify that professionals in our network are licensed and carry liability insurance. However, we do not guarantee their work, pricing, availability, or conduct. We recommend that you:

• Verify credentials independently before hiring
• Get written estimates and contracts
• Check references when possible
• Confirm insurance coverage for your specific project

Limitation of Liability

PalmBeachQuotes provides a matching service only. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services performed by matched professionals
• We are not liable for the accuracy of quotes provided by professionals
• Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to $0, as our service is provided free of charge to homeowners

Intellectual Property

All content on palmbeachquotes.com (text, design, code, graphics) is owned by PalmBeachQuotes and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Service Area

Our service is currently limited to Palm Beach County, Florida (zip codes beginning with 33). We may expand to other areas in the future.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Terms for Service Professionals (Buyers)

The following terms apply to service professionals who create accounts on PalmBeachQuotes to receive and claim leads.

Account & Credits

• Credits purchased are non-refundable and never expire
• Credits are used to claim leads. Each lead has a price displayed before you claim it
• If your credit balance is insufficient when claiming a lead, your card on file may be charged automatically for the shortfall
• You may pause your account at any time to stop receiving leads without losing your credit balance

Lead Policy

• Non-exclusive leads: Each lead may be sent to multiple service professionals simultaneously. The first to claim a lead wins it. We disclose competition count in notifications so you can act accordingly
• Quality guarantee: If a homeowner is unreachable, provided false information, or the job details materially differ from the lead description, you may request a review within 72 hours of claiming. We evaluate disputes on a case-by-case basis
• No resale: Leads are for your business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share lead contact information with third parties
• Matching criteria: You will only receive leads matching your selected service types and zip codes. You can update these preferences at any time from your dashboard

Billing & Payment

• Lead prices vary by service type, quality score, and demand. Prices are always shown before you claim
• If auto-recharge is enabled, your saved payment method will be charged when your balance drops below your threshold
• All charges appear on your statement as "PalmBeachQuotes"
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number

SMS & Communications (TCPA Compliance)

• By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive lead alerts, reminders, and account updates via text message to the phone number provided
• Message frequency varies based on lead volume in your service areas
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS notifications at any time
• Reply HELP for support information
• Opting out of SMS does not cancel your account; you can still receive leads via email and your dashboard

Account Conduct

• You must respond to claimed leads promptly (within 15 minutes recommended)
• Repeated no-shows, unprofessional conduct reported by homeowners, or failure to contact claimed leads may result in account suspension
• Your account health score reflects your responsiveness and homeowner satisfaction. Low scores may reduce your lead priority
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform's reputation

Dispute Resolution

• Lead quality disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of claiming via your dashboard or by emailing support@palmbeachquotes.com
• We review all disputes and may issue credit at our discretion for leads that do not meet our quality standards
• A "bad lead" means: homeowner unreachable after 3 attempts, job description materially inaccurate, or homeowner confirms they did not submit a request

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
