- How long until I hear from a pro? Most homeowners are contacted within 15 minutes during business hours (7am-9pm).
- How many pros will contact me? Your request goes to a maximum of 3 licensed, insured professionals in your area.
- Is it really free? Yes, 100%. Service professionals pay us a small fee to receive leads. You never pay anything.
- Can I cancel my request? Email us at support@palmbeachquotes.com and we'll remove your request immediately.
- I have a complaint about a service professional. Email us with details and we'll investigate. We take quality seriously and can remove providers from our network.
For Service Professionals
- How do I sign up? Visit our Pro signup page to create an account and start receiving leads.
- How does billing work? You purchase credits that are used when you claim a lead. Pricing varies by service type and location.
- Lead quality issue? You can dispute a lead from your dashboard if the phone number is disconnected or if it's a system duplicate. Disputes are auto-verified.
- How do I update my service area or preferences? Log in to your dashboard to manage your account settings.
- Payment method issues? Email support@palmbeachquotes.com and we'll help you update your billing information.
Dispute Policy
We offer lead credits for two verifiable reasons only:
- Disconnected phone number -- We re-verify the number via carrier lookup. If confirmed disconnected, you receive a credit.
- System duplicate -- If the same homeowner submitted the same request twice, we credit the duplicate.
Disputes are limited to 2 approved credits per 30-day period. All verifications are automated -- no subjective judgment calls.
